Hello everyone. It may seem like I’ve dropped off the end of the earth, but I haven’t. I was simply traveling to the far ends of it. I’ve been on three different international trips that have occupied 24 of the last 26 days.
Form and Function….Structurally, the shoulder girdle is one of the most unstable joints in the body due to the fact that it has to allow a large range of motion from lifting to pressing to rotating. Keeping the shoulder muscles strong prevents injury and maintains correct postural alignment. Aesthetically, strong shoulders look good and can create a great optical illusion: broader shoulders make the waist look smaller.
