I’m back

Hello everyone. It may seem like I’ve dropped off the end of the earth, but I haven’t. I was simply traveling to the far ends of it. I’ve been on three different international trips that have occupied 24 of the last 26 days.

Shoulder Exercises from NBC KARE 11 TV Piece

Form and Function….Structurally, the shoulder girdle is one of the most unstable joints in the body due to the fact that it has to allow a large range of motion from lifting to pressing to rotating.
